Still testing with HDR, here is the first video.
Testing with HDR (High Dynamic Rang) Photography has started.
The new printed circuit boards (PCB) arrived yesterday and we are busy testing them. Here in a 3D printed case while we are waiting for the actual cases to come in.
We have a new batch of test boards coming next week. If we can confirm all components on the boards are working as expected we will order all boards (PCBs) and get them assembled. While that is going on we will apply for FCC approval (our WIFI & BLE modules are already pre-certified) and enhance the firmware and software that comes with your dice. Thanks for your patience.
As you can see in the photo above, the case is pretty much done and we are ordering a final sample before production of all cases starts.
Our first job posting is up. Maybe you know somebody who would like to join us as our VP of Marketing.
We ran into some issues with the first printed circuit boards (PCBs) and are making new ones this week. As far as we know for now, it should not affect our schedule.
The new landing page is about to be released. We have been on Discovery Channel last week and on Toronto's #1 morning show (roger & marilyn). That caused quite of bit of interest. If you want to hear what they said about us, tune in at 5:20 of the following clip. The first boards are still scheduled to come in on the 11th so we are setting up for that.
The first printed circuit boards (PCBs) are in production now and will arrive here assembled on the 11th of Feb. The boards will be brought up with a simple firmware to confirm that there is no electrical malfunctions. Right after, further firmware development will start to make use of all the hardware features. We don't have the newest cases yet as physical objects but they should get in before the boards. For the platform we will launch the first version this week. Have a great week, michael
This week reviewed our mechanical design and are now confident to get order the first cases. So far all test cases have been 3D printed but now we are getting into tooling for injection molding.
